Accent Flowers was opened in 1981 by Pat Higgins. Pat was instrumental in establishing Brentwood as a business center, even becoming the first female member of the Brentwood Rotary Club. In 2010, as Pat neared retirement, her daughter-in-law, Mary, joined the family business, bringing with her many years of experience in the hospitality industry. Mary, and Pat’s son, Russ, inherited the shop in 2016. While Russ is a silent partner and 1st class delivery driver for the busy holidays, Mary works in the shop daily. When not working, she is an avid reader and loves to travel. A native of New Orleans, you can often find her jetting away for a weekend in The Big Easy getting her fill of Cajun food

Our two full time designers, Sara and Leslie, started on the same day back in 1993. Training under Pat's creative eye, while bringing their own designer experience, has made them the backbone of the business. We all pride ourselves on providing excellent customer service and customized designs for each of our customers. While we do offer specific arrangements on our website, most customers will attest that giving Leslie or Sara freedom to create a Designer's Choice arrangement from among the week's fresh flowers, always yields a beautiful custom arrangement.
In addition to our beautiful flowers, we have a variety of green plants to brighten your home. Whether it's for a birthday, wedding, anniversary, or end of life celebration, Accent Flowers can help you with your floral needs. We offer same day flower delivery to homes, business, hospitals, and funeral homes in Brentwood and the surrounding area, as well as nationwide!

Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers in various parts of the country. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value. Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color.
A local delivery fee of 12.00 will be added to each order, for each address. (For deliveries outside of zip code 37027, the fee is $15.00)U.S. orders must be received before 12:00 noon in the recipient's time zone to assure same-day delivery. Orders received after that time will be delivered the following day.We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at specific times of day, but we cannot guarantee it and additional delivery fees may be incurred.We are unable to make deliveries on Sundays, except for funeral work. All other deliveries requested on this day will be delivered the following business day.Delivery of orders to rural route addresses or cemeteries cannot be guaranteed.We will be happy to accept your international orders if you call our shop directly.
